Okay, the idea was nice but you might want to do something on the soundquality since it was low. The animation had something, I can see you either traced things or have a weird style. Eitherway, you hsould devolep it into something since it had something.

Setting the plot, good :-)
As a person who has the original PR-movie on VHS i really enjoy this. It really follows the original plot. The first one, the skydiving without a reason, the finding of the egg... Can't wait to find out how you guys will do the fighting in the parking garage with those weird purple beings! But like Abbers said, spitting this up might spoil it. Then again, looking at the filesize I completly understand the fact that you're splitting this up. Keep up the good work :)

You should have give credit to the folks who made the OST since everything int his comes from it. You could also have done a lot more with the animation then just 3 looping MC's.. ow well, can't till the mother 3 patch comes out :)

The animation was good (even though they were sprites) although it just didn't make any sense. You should stop wasting you time on these things and make some animations with a story in it.

1 point for the overused song.
0 points for story/lack of sense.
